Andy Cohen has tested positive for the coronavirus, joining a rapidly growing list of celebrities that includes Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and Idris Elba among others.
The Bravo host revealed with an Instagram post that read: “After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great, I have tested positive for coronavirus. As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we’re putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better. I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us, and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves.”

Just hours earlier, Cohen had shared plans to shoot his late night show “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” in his New York City apartment. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced early Friday morning that nonessential workers had to work from home.
Cohen had titled his at-home show Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home and he already had guests including Nene Leakes, Jerry O’Connell and Ramona Singer scheduled to join him.
