Johnny Depp, 57, is currently in the middle of a libel case against his estranged wife Amber Heard, 34. A few years ago Heard has accused Depp of abusing her and has leaked photos to back up her claim. She was celebrated by the #MeToo movement and Depp faced massive backlash in his career and in the public eye.
Depp has responded by saying that these allegations are completely false and detailed many stories of her going to extreme lengths to fabricate stories about him. Depp is currently in London suing The Sun, a British publication, for calling him a “wife beater”. He called those claims “sick and completely untrue”
Things got messier today when in court a video of Johnny Depp of in a drunken rage was played as the libel case opened. In the video Depp can be seen pouring himself a pint of wine, saying “you want to see crazy I’ll show you f***ing crazy.” Then he throws a glass off camera and Amber expresses her concern and fear throughout the video.
When Heard’s lawyer asked if he has an anger problem Depp replied “I was angry, it doesn’t mean I have an anger problem.”
